A Dora Weiner Foundation Project

West Coast/East Coast: State of the Art

Project Report Now Available

October and November 2003, provide unique opportunities for ibogaine development that include scientific presentations and drug policy review. The Dora Weiner Foundation (DWF) is seeking donations to pursue its charitable, educational and scientific goals with the intent to encourage and promote public knowledge of research in the study of chemical dependence and substance-related disorders and to advocate for the rights of patients being treated for chemical dependence. To those ends funds are being sought to allow Foundation Directors to attend the California Society of Addiction Medicine Conference in San Francisco during October and for DWF's President, Howard Lotsof, to present at the Drug Policy Alliance Conference scheduled for November in New Jersey.

During and after the California Society of Addiction Medicine conference meetings will be held with ibogaine researchers and patients to review the state of ibogaine therapy as well as, patient responses. Funding of $7,500.00 is required for DWF's West Coast/East Coast project. Your donations will allow participation in the conferences, post conference meetings and the preparation of printed and visual material. Please see our donation page for information on giving tax deductible gifts to the Dora Weiner Foundation.

The DWF site is a historical archive. With the exception of this message no content has been altered or changed in any manner. Many links will no longer work, most email addresses and phone numbers are outdated (unless you have access to a time machine that connects with the 2000s). For a present-day organization based upon similar concepts (circa 2015) you may want to try visiting GITA.
